Calling all photographers, hobbyists, and lovers of Oakville! Ready to show off your photo skills? Submit your best shot of Oakville this winter between now and January 24, 2025 and enter to win a $200 Visa gift card!
The contest theme is “Discover the Unexpected” — moments and places in Oakville that surprise, delight, and inspire! From hidden gems to unique perspectives of familiar spots, we want to see your take on what makes Oakville extraordinary!
Submission Deadline: January 24, 2025 at midnight.
How to Enter:
- Take photos in Oakville this winter of moments or places that make Oakville extraordinary to you
- Email your favourite in high-res JPEG format to info@visitoakville.com
- Be sure to include your full name and social handles (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Follow us on Instagram @visitoakville
- ONE image per contestant
Prize:
- One (1) $200 Visa Gift Card
- The opportunity to be featured in future Visit Oakville marketing initiatives.
We will feature select submissions on our social media channels throughout the contest period crediting the contestant. At the end of the contest period (Jan 24) we’ll post three finalists and let our followers decide by vote who the winner is based on the number of likes received.
Votes will be determined by likes across all of our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).
