Celebrate Earth Day in April with these exciting events happening in Oakville.  From community clean-ups to an Earth Day Gala, Oakville offers a variety of fun and meaningful activities to honour our planet.  On April 20, join local volunteers at Bronte Creek Provincial Park from 10:00 – 12:00 p.m. and gather in Parking lot C on the Day-Use side and in the main parking lot at the Campground to help clean up the park.  Nature-lovers can also get involved in another clean up on April 20 from 9:00 – 11:00 at Brook Valley Park.  The Oakville Community Centre for Peace, Ecology and Human Rights has a number of clean up’s happening in various locations and times across Oakville and  The Halton Outdoor Club is also hosting a clean-up on April 22 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Valleyridge Park.
