• Promotion: For every hotel room rental at a participating hotel (participating hotels are listed below) up to a maximum of two hotel room rentals occurring simultaneously or consecutively in the month of January 2024, you may become eligible for a fifty Canadian dollar ($50.00) prepaid Mastercard (not to exceed in any case two (2) fifty Canadian dollar ($50.00) prepaid Mastercards), if you have successfully entered the promotion code in the manner described above, and so long as the participating hotel still has prepaid Mastercards to dispense for the promotion, and subject to these terms and conditions.
• Promoter: This promotion is carried out by Visit Oakville (Oakville Tourism Partnership Inc.) and not the participating hotels.
• Age: This promotion is available to people 18 years of age and older.
• Hotel: The booking shall be made with a participating hotel, namely, Homewood Suites Oakville, Holiday Inn Oakville Centre, Holiday Inn and Suites Oakville Bronte, Staybridge Suites, Sandman Hotel. 
• Entitlement: You have to complete the check-in procedure at the participating hotel, in order to become eligible for the prepaid Mastercard.
• Use of the Mastercard –Your use of the prepaid Mastercard is subject to the terms and conditions that Mastercard specifies.
• This promotion does not apply to any hotel room rentals, evaluated on a day-to-day basis, that do not occur in the month of January 2024; for example, a hotel room rental occurring on January 31, 2024, will qualify, while any hotel room rental occurring on February 1, 2024, or later will not qualify.
• Offer valid for new bookings only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Limited Offer: The promoter has a limited number of prepaid Mastercards available for this promotion.  The promoter may end this promotion at any time without notice to you.  You understand and agree that even if you apply for the promotion in the manner specified, the participating hotel may have no Mastercard to dispense to you and Visit Oakville (Oakville Tourism Partnership Inc.) and all participating hotels shall not be liable to you in the event you receive no Mastercard in connection with this promotion for whatever reason.
• Limited Eligibility: Individuals may only apply for this promotion in respect of a maximum of two (2) simultaneous or consecutive hotel room rentals; consequently, no individual shall become eligible or shall be issued more than two (2) fifty Canadian dollar ($50.00) prepaid Mastercards pursuant to this promotion.
