Denisa Leiba, Amrita Sidhu and Mark Spencer were approved by the Board at its Annual General Meeting in June.
Leiba, a Senior HR Executive (SHRE), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and Certified Executive Coach (CEC), is the Chief People and Administration Officer with Crosslinx Transit Solutions. Along with HR and leadership experience, Leiba also excels at stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
Sidhu, who was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in June 2009, is currently the Director of Social Responsibility with Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). Her extensive experience with strategic planning and risk management will be a benefit around the board table.
Spencer, Head of Donor Development and Partnerships with Ronald McDonald House Charities, has a strong sales and marketing background, including time spent with major media corporations. He also brings years of nonprofit board experience including leadership roles.
All three directors live in Oakville.

While it was their individual skillsets that drew the attention of the board’s Governance and Nominating Committee, it was each director’s passion for Oakville that left a lasting impression.
