Visit Oakville seeks to fill two vacant Board positions. Submissions will be reviewed and selected by the Governance and Nominating Task Force, with final approval by the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting in November 2020.
Eligible candidates must work or live in Oakville and have a passion for the town. Previous board experience is not mandatory but is an asset.
Terms are two years with an option to renew for an additional term. Director positions are voluntary.
Please return this form to the Governance and Nominating task force no later than Friday, October 30, 2020.
Candidate submissions are reviewed by the Governance and Nominating Task Force. Final election of Directors take place at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Candidates will be informed of their eligibility prior to the AGM on Wednesday, November 18, 2020.
