The Oakville Willson Film Festival and the Oakville Family Ribfest will be taking over the town, spotlighting internationally-renowned films and food.

Saint Judy:

The Canadian premier of this film starring Michelle Monaghan follows immigration attorney Judy Wood on her journey to change the U.S. law of asylum.

This opening-night Women Who Give Gala presentation will include a panel discussion about the issues presented in the film, and appearances from the real Judy Wood and producers Trevor and Marisol Brisbin.

With $10 of each ticket being donated to the Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan, this is an incredible night you won’t want to miss.

Have a laugh at the Gala Presentation of this film starring Bill Nighy, Sam Riley and Alice Lowe.

Rumble: The Indians Who Rocked the World:

This award-winning Canadian documentary analyzes the role of Native Americans in the development of contemporary music.

It took home the Canadian Screen Award for Best Feature Length Documentary and Sundance Film Festival Special Jury Prize for World Cinema – Documentary.
