Trattoria Timone serves Italian cuisine by using the freshest ingredients available. Hand -rolling gnocchi, churning gelato, and growing organic herbs, are only a few examples of the quality and dedication that sets Trattoria Timone apart from chain restaurants.
The menu has been extended to include a greater variety of regional Italian dishes, along with a wonderful selection of seafood, and oysters from the Rodney’s Oyster House. Over the past 3 years in the new location, Trattoria Timone has established itself as one of the most exciting new restaurants in the Oakville and Mississauga area.
