Our Mission
Our mission is to make everyday staples using plant-based ingredients. Whether it’s a croissant or a hearty salad we got it covered. We source our food and products locally and ensure it’s organic whenever possible. If it’s not made in Canada then it’s Fairtrade. We are very conscious as to where we get our ingredients, our packaging, and how much waste we produce as a business.
Cafe & Deli
Our food is all natural and organic. All our items are dairy-free, egg-free, preservative-free and refined sugar-free. Our Menu is 98% gluten-free and we also source local gluten-free baked goods. All our food and drinks are made from scratch and individually prepared. Whether you are looking for a healthy option or to indulge in a fluffy croissant we got you covered! Our specialty menu items are inspired by the owner’s Mediterranean roots. Our ingredients are sourced as organically, locally, & sustainably as possible.
