At Boardwalk Cheesesteaks, we pride ourselves on using the finest and freshest ingredients in our sandwiches.
We use house-made Cheese and Barbeque sauces, Pico de Gallo and Mac 'n Cheese. Our other cheeses are not processed like the other places, we use fresh cheese sourced from local cheese shops. The sandwich buns we use are fresh and made specifically for us from Cobs Bakery.
What makes a great Cheesesteak?.. For starters, we cook our sandwiches to order, they are not pre-made and sitting. We cook our cheese into the meat, not placed on top so you get cheese in every bite! Our other toppings like sweet peppers, onions or Pico de Gallo are prepped in-house using our own recipes and always fresh.
