Yunshang Rice Noodle is thrilled to announce the opening of their newest location in Oakville, marking the expansion of North America’s largest Chinese rice noodle brand!
At Yunshang, we take pride in serving authentic Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles, crafted with fresh, all-natural ingredients. Since our founding in Toronto in 2016, we’ve expanded across Canada, with locations in Vancouver, Ottawa, Edmonton, and Calgary. Our broth—slow-simmered with fresh pork bones, ham, chicken, or beef bones for over 12 hours—is the foundation of every bowl. To cater to a variety of tastes, we offer our traditional bone broth alongside unique flavors like Sweet and Sour Tomato, Sichuan-style Spice, and Coconut Curry. Plus, with unlimited noodle refills for dine-in guests, everyone leaves satisfied!
