Location: Oakville Galleries in Gairloch Gardens, 1306 Lakeshore Road East, Oakville.
Celebrate National Youth Week at Oakville Galleries on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Art students can attend a free art activity from 4:00- 7:00 PM at our Gairloch Gardens location. Enjoy our current exhibition and take in the breathtaking lakeside views all while participating in a hands-on art activity!
Inspired by Tarik Kiswanson’s exhibition’s use of shapes in space, participants are invited to investigate the mystery, memory, and metamorphosis of the artworks on display. Witness demonstrations from our professional Arts Instructors on different techniques in drawing and painting and then apply them to your own unique artworks.
Intended for ages 11- 17 years old
Drop in anytime between 4:00- 7:00 PM.
Admission is FREE.
