A Sound Bath with Deb Taylor is a peaceful hour of deep relaxation to gently restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit. The experience begins with soft, somatic yoga-inspired movement, guiding you to settle inward and connect with your breath and sensations.
As you begin to relax, Deb weaves in gentle mindfulness and guides you in short meditations, helping you feel centred and spacious. The pure tones of crystal and brass singing bowls begin to flow through the space, creating waves of calming sound that invite deep presence and awareness.
