Soothing & Regenerative Salves

In this fun and relaxing half-day retreat, you will learn the folk technique for salve-making using botanicals and herbs. We will get creative and experience first-hand one of the best all-natural soothing moisturizers mother nature offers with no harsh chemicals or preservatives. Using Calendula as our base herb, your jar of goodness will hydrate and replenish your skin.

We will also learn about abhyanga (Ayurvedic self-massage), ending the afternoon by surrendering to a restorative yoga practice, followed by deep meditation.
