Pasta Making with Chef Enzo Campisi

Enjoy an evening of pasta making—and pasta eating—as you learn how to handcraft tortelloni and cavatelli from scratch.
The night will begin with a tasting of two of their pizzas: their classic Margherita and their pepperoni topped with hot honey, arugula, and burrata, served alongside a glass of wine. Afterward, you’ll head over to their pizza bar where they’ll guide you through your pasta-making lesson.
Once the cooking session is complete, you’ll gather around a beautifully set table to enjoy an heirloom tomato salad, followed by the pasta you made yourself—freshly cooked for you by their team. To finish the evening, indulge in a classic Italian dessert: torta della nonna.
