As we emerge from Winter hibernation, we look forward to Spring. Join us, Thursday March 27th for a cooking class! Enjoy a night of pasta making and eating! Learn how to make cacio e pepe ravioli, by hand.
You will start off the evening by sampling our margherita pizza and pear and prosciutto pizza with a glass of wine. You will then head over to our pizza bar to start your pasta instruction. After the cooking session, you will gather around a beautifully set table and enjoy an heirloom tomato and avocado salad and your very own ravioli that we will cook for you. For dessert, Enzo will prepare a special treat.
