Pasta Making with Chef Enzo Campisi | Cavatelli + Farfalle
Location: Mercato Sociale, 257 Lakeshore Rd East, Oakville.
Time: 6:30 p.m. -9:00 p.m.
Join us at Mercato for a night of pasta making and eating! Learn how to make two delicious types of pasta by hand. Cavatelli, that will be served with a sausage ragu and farfalle (bow ties) served with a mushroom and guanciale sauce.
You will start off the evening by sampling our margherita pizza and pear and prosciutto pizza with a glass of wine. You will then head over to our pizza bar to start your pasta instruction. After the cooking session, you will gather around a beautifully set table and enjoy a burrata and avocado salad and your very own pasta that we will cook for you. For dessert, Enzo will prepare a special panettone.
