Oakville Festivals of Film & Art are thrilled to bring you the wildly hilarious comedy that highlights the City of Toronto, NIRVANNA THE BAND THE SHOW THE MOVIE. This mocumentary style comedy is directed by, and stars Matt Johnson (Blackberry) and Jay McCarrol.
When their plan to book a show at the Rivoli goes horribly wrong, Matt and Jay accidentally travel back to the year 2008. Starring: Matt Johnson, Jay McCarrol, and Ben Petrie. The film is based on Johnson and McCarrol's 2007–2009 web series, Nirvana: the Band, the Show, as well as its 2017–2018 sequel TV series, Nirvanna the Band the Show.
