January Pasta Making with Chef Enzo Campisi

Step in from the cold and join us at Mercato for a night of pasta making and eating! What better way to start off the new year than by learning a new cooking skill. You will start at the pizza bar learning how to make Enzo's braised beef ravioli (by hand and think comfort food) while enjoying a glass of wine and appetizer. After the cooking session, you will gather around a beautifully set table and enjoy a salad and your very own ravioli with a glass of wine. The ravioli will be prepared in a natural jus sauce followed by dessert. (A vegetarian option will be available if needed)
