Honouring the Past..Inspiring the Future: 75 Years of CFUW Oakville
Location: Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre, 2302 Bridge Rd, Oakville.
CFUW Oakville proudly presents an exhibit marking the 75th anniversary of our local chapter of the national organization. This exhibit is the result of extensive work and collaboration with our esteemed partners, listed below.
Since our very first meeting in 1949, CFUW Oakville has made significant contributions to the community. This exhibit will trace our accomplishments, landmarks, and profiles of inspiring members over the years.
The exhibit will be open to the public starting October 16 at the Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre, located at 2302 Bridge Road. The Centre’s hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday: until 10:30 PM
Friday: until 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: until 7:00 PM

Our local Oakville chapter encourages lifelong learning for members and has a proud history of contributing to or enabling scholarships for young women to pursue higher education.
