Join us Friday mornings for a drop-in Feldenkrais Class!
The classes are not about pushing or stretching the muscles, but still they have quite a profound effect. Everything is done slowly and with awareness so it is suitable for almost anyone. Afterward you feel relaxed and refreshed, energized and delighted at how well you’re moving.
