Bollywood & Yoga Classes
Location: Joshua Creek Heritage Art Centre
Mondays starting July 17th until August 14th, 7PM - 8PM
Dancing for exercise or for pleasure, make your evenings more fun, relaxing, stress free with popular Indian Bollywood music designed for all the age groups.
We will be combining gentle yoga stretches as well along with the dance moves.
You all are welcome to feel a different experience of energy and upliftment by letting the music groove into you and reset your mind,body and soul.
All you need to bring is water bottle and a small hand towel.
Kids and Adults are welcome with no experience.
Following are the charges per class:
Adult: $20
Child (5yrs to 12yrs): $15
