To Elevate Greatness is to promote others. It means “No one left behind.”
“No matter how great we are as an individual, we can never achieve true greatness without other people.”
As a country, a community, or an individual, we must have the mindset of elevating others. We cannot claim to be successful when all around us are people struggling to be heard, seen, or promoted. We cannot claim to be successful when all around us are people struggling to be heard, seen, or promoted. When everyone is free to leave their authentic selves and achieve full potentials, we have elevated “greatness.”
Achieving greatness requires teamwork. It needs all hands on deck because no one achieves success in a vacuum. “Elevate Greatness” is about building up the people around you:
Trusting them,
Empowering them,
Validating them and,
Enabling them to contribute their expertise to reach their full potentials.
