In celebration Culture days “Trafalgar Township Historical Society has created a set of experiences on “Agriculture in Trafalgar Township” as that’s what a lot of the township was…!
There was a time when family farms in Oakville and Halton were very much part of everyday life. Our local partners have worked with us to offer a variety of experiences of the farm.
Come and experience:
- The Blacksmith shop
- The petting farm
- Early engines, rope making, plows and tractor
- The Vintage store
- A horse drawn Dairy wagon!
- Pollinator display and education
- The old Palermo one room schoolhouse
- Take part in a walking tour of old Palermo
- Get bubbly in the family fun events
- The 1867 Palermo United Church
Events are FREE!
