Bring the whole family for a day of hands-on history:
- Wash clothes the old-fashioned way and colour our big farm table
- Meet farm animals, milk a model cow, see corn shelled and ground and the early engines thumping along
- Experience the 1929 Rumely tractor that once worked the Palermo fields
- See the 1948 Oakville fire truck, visit the old Palermo Market and watch the blacksmith at work
- Take a picture with the Head Teacher, ring the school bell, play vintage games and enjoy free popcorn
- Meet local historians, trace your family roots with genealogists, and learn about local Indigenous history and trails
- Historic tours brochures of Pioneer Palermo Cemetery, visit downtown Palermo and the 1812 Palermo United Church (with tea!)
