Soul Sound - Spring Equinox Sonic Journey

It is the time of year to prepare and set our intentions as we welcome the beginning of Spring! The energy that is cultivated now will result in the blossoming and unfolding of its manifestation in the summer to come. It is important during this time to root ourselves to the Earth and ground our energy so that we can expand and amplify higher as the sunlight increases!
The intention of this sonic journey is to ground our root chakra into the Earth and plant our seeds of intention. With sound vibration, we will amplify our practice and send ripples into the quantum field to manifest our intentions.
We will begin the evening with a crystal clearing, tea ceremony and Earth grounding meditation, where we will set our intentions for this next Earthly cycle. Our intentions will then be amplified as we journey through soundscapes, native drum, flute, handpan, didgeridoo, vocal transmission, crystal bowls and more!
Yoga mats are provided; however, if you wish to have extra padding, please bring another one. Blankets and bolsters are also available.
