Submit an Event

Visit Oakville strives to promote events of interest to visitors of our beautiful and vibrant town. We welcome event submissions that meet any or all of the following criteria:

• Are visitor-focused in nature
• Are hosted by a Visit Oakville partner
• Are hosted by an Oakville charity organization

If you would like to submit an event, please email info@visitoakville.com with the following details in your message:

• Event name
• Organization name/information
• Event start date/time
• Event end date/time
• Event description
• Promotional image (please ensure that image submitted is solely owned by the event submitter)
• Link to event details on your organization’s website

Please note: Visit Oakville reserves the right to refuse any event submission deemed ineligible for promotion.
