TD Songs of Summer Festival

Saturday, August 19, 2017
10:00 am - 10:00 pm

Downtown Oakville

TD Songs of Summer is a new event taking place in Oakville, Ontario on Saturday, August 19, 2017. The new one-day festival will replace the TD Downtown Oakville Jazz Festival with artists from multiple musical genres performing. TD Songs of Summer’s lineup will be a celebration of Canadian artists.

“We have such great artists in Canada whose music really embodies that feeling of a summer song; a song with a happy, triumphant and sometimes reflective tone that reminds you of past summers’ experiences,” said Susan Johnston, Executive Director of the Downtown Oakville BIA. “This year during Canada 150 is the perfect opportunity to try something new and celebrate Canadian performers.”

The festival is a free one-day event from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. The event will have six stages with over 40 performances, plus multiple interactive art zones throughout the downtown area. Sponsorship opportunities are available.

TD Songs of Summer Music & Art is organized by the Downtown Oakville Business Improvement Area and brought to you by the merchants and businesses of Downtown Oakville. Additional event information will be announced at
