Come out, have fun and support this benefit for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada. Charles Dickens Writes A Christmas Carol, a play by Kitchener playwright Richard Quesnel, tells not only the Christmas Carol story, but also the story of how Dickens came to write it.

This dramatic reading features actors familiar to Oakville audiences as well as some newcomers. They include Vince Carlin as Scrooge, David Turnbull as Dickens, Josh Aubin, Jo Kemp, Peter Lloyd, Myrna McBrien, Virginia McEwen, Chris Reid, Caroline Saulez, and Linda Spence And there will be plenty of Christmas music, which is directed by Catherine Ross and Brian Turnbull. Tickets -$25 regular, $20 for children and seniors.
